Wendy has been with WFG Title Company as Vice President, Business Development Executive since 2025 and is responsible for driving business development initiatives within The Woodlands community. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience spanning banking, new home sales, and the title industry, Wendy brings a unique perspective to every transaction. Her deep understanding of clients’ needs and business strategies, combined with her passion for innovative sales approaches, enables her to help clients achieve their goals effectively.
Wendy’s deep commitment to her community and love for helping businesses grow inspired her to continue serving The Woodlands, where she has built strong and lasting relationships professionally and personally.
Throughout her career, Wendy has earned numerous awards recognizing her excellence, including the prestigious 2024 Houston Agent Magazine Agents’ Choice Award for Title Professional of the Year, the Chicago Title Million Dollar Club, and the Recognition of Excellence Award in Residential Sales and WFG WOW Awards.
Wendy is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and remains active in the alumni association. She is a member of the Junior League of The Woodlands and The Dachshund Rescue of Houston.
Having lived in The Woodlands for over 20 years, Wendy, her husband Mark, and their daughter Emma enjoy traveling, attending music events, and spending quality time with family, friends, and their beloved dog, Ruby.
