Susan Scott Watts specializes in Luxury Residential, Land & Ranches, Vacation and Investment properties in the Greater Texas Gulf Coast area. She is 7th generation rancher from a Texas pioneer family who started her career as aa Registered Investment Advisor and later became a VP at Merrill Lynch. She also served as Executive Director of Texas for the US Chamber of Commerce. She started her real estate career alongside her day job ultimately quit her job to flip houses starting in 2004. She is an active advocate of landowner rights through Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers and is a member of KW Land Division and Realtors Land Institute.
Susan volunteers for the TSCRA Foundation to help award college scholarships, and is a volunteer at Fort Worth and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeos. Her great grandfather helped start the Houston Rodeo with Mr. J.D. Sartwelle in 1930.
Susan began flipping houses in 1996 and went full time flipper in 2004, when they moved to Carmel , Ca for her husband's work.

Susan is happily married to Richard Watts, and they have 2 daughters, a singer/songwriter/teacher and a civil engineer. She has an Australian Shepherd, "Hattie B," a horse, "Coco," and raises cattle.
