About the Montgomery County Luxury Home Connection

The Montgomery County Luxury Home Connection was founded in 2010. Our purpose is to provide real estate agents who have achieved certification through the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) program, or, those that are working towards the certified designation, with opportunities for networking, education, sharing of resources, in addition to, marketing of our high-end properties.

We meet monthly to present our listings priced over $500,000, listen to speakers and share industry information. We advertise as a group in numerous print and web magazines. We welcome new members who have the CLHMS designation through the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing or have registered for the training.
