About Us
The Montgomery County Luxury Home Connection is an organization of real estate professionals who represent buyers and sellers of luxury properties. MCLHC members have the experience, skills, and education to serve as the “go to” resource for exceptional service in the high-end market. A Multi-Agent Organization in which Membership and Designation must be Earned
Every member in the Montgomery Luxury Home Connection must have earned (or be on the way of earning) the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. Under each member profile page you will see a Designation section and of the certifications they have earned. Here is a breakdown of what those designations mean, and the qualifications it takes to get there.
How We Work
Network
We meet once a month to discuss our luxury listings and specific criteria for our luxury buyer clients. We develop relationships with other luxury specialists from all over Houston and the surrounding areas, sharing listings and valuable information.
Marketing & Advertising
Members are given advertising opportunities in general and luxury publications, such as INTOWN Magazine and Modern Luxury/Houston at reduced rates. Global advertising is available at a discount through ILHM partners (DuPont Registry, Unique Home, and Robb Report among others. )
Speakers
We have speakers at many of our meetings. The speakers cover a wide range of topics that assist us to bring value to our buyers and sellers.
Monthly Luncheons
We meet the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 to share listings, hear speakers who have information to help us in our business, and share ideas to help our clients. Visitors may attend one meeting prior to joining.
