We meet once a month to discuss our luxury listings and specific criteria for our luxury buyer clients. We develop relationships with other luxury specialists from all over Houston and the surrounding areas, sharing listings and valuable information.

Members are given advertising opportunities in general and luxury publications, such as INTOWN Magazine and Modern Luxury/Houston at reduced rates. Global advertising is available at a discount through ILHM partners (DuPont Registry, Unique Home, and Robb Report among others. )

We have speakers at many of our meetings. The speakers cover a wide range of topics that assist us to bring value to our buyers and sellers. 

We meet the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 to share listings, hear speakers who have information to help us in our business, and share ideas to help our clients. Visitors may attend one meeting prior to joining. 

Realtor members have taken an extensive training from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have opportunities for additional education and training from The Institute throughout the year. 

Our open houses provide us with opportunities to showcase our luxury listings with each other, our clients and to the general public.
